No localStorage: AskSonya.ai does not use localStorage. All tool data (calculators, BMI results, sleep scores, etc.) exists only for your current session and is not persisted across visits.
AskSonya.ai is an educational health literacy platform, not a covered healthcare entity under HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). We are not a medical provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse.
If you share health information (such as lab values in the AI chat or Lab Analyzer), please be aware that this information is transmitted directly to Anthropic's API using your own API key. AskSonya.ai does not receive or store this information. However, you should exercise discretion about what personal health details you share in any online tool.

AskSonya.ai is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@asksonya.ai and we will promptly delete it.
Parents and guardians may use the educational tools on behalf of their children's health questions, but the account holder must be 18 or older.
